About the Firm
The Firm is fully computerised and equipped with modern communication facilities and a substantial library containing publications relating to local legal practice, legal precedents as well as material from foreign common law jurisdictions. We engage a full time office assistant to manage and update the library and keep the firm’s lawyers fully informed and updated on all local legal developments.
The firm is very responsive to local and global dynamics. Its vision and mission have been significantly influenced on the county-based, devolved form of government founded on the new constitution. Akin to the coun try’s constitutional devolution of services to all parts of the country under the counties, the firm is in the process of positioning itself in various regions of the country to provide much needed legal services.
The firm is also in the process of forming strategic affiliations and collaborations with local and international firms and organizations in strategic positions in the world to enable us extend our services more efficiently to our diverse clientele.
